SHIPPING LABEL WAS CREATED BUT FEDEX DOES NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE
When a label gets created, an email gets automatically sent out to you. This however, does not mean the item was shipped as yet, but rather it was fulfilled in the system.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be cancelled at this time. Please note, once an order has shipped we are unable to halt the shipment. However, you can send the item back with our free prepaid label.
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order and get it out to you.
CAN I EDIT THE ADDRESS OR SIZES ON MY ORDER?
Once the order has entered the "fulfilled" stage, changes to the order can no longer be made. Please call us ASAP during our office hours within the first hour of placing the order to make any changes.
If the order has already been fulfilled, the customer is responsible to call FedEx to have the package rerouted and is responsible for any fees incurred.
For size changes, If the order has been fulfilled, the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping for an exchange. Please see our Retail Returns page for more info.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
We are processing returns within 3-5 business days once your return reaches our headquarters.
Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to return to your original form of payment.
MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED BUT SEEMS TO BE DELAYED
Due to COVID-19, FEDEX & USPS are processing and delivering packages at a much higher volume than normal at this time. With their implemented guidelines to protect their employees as well, shipping and delivery time may be delayed across the US.
We ask that you please keep an eye on your tracking to follow your orders progress. If you've seen no updates in over a week, please contact us.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR MYSTERY PACKS. There is no guarantee that you won't receive duplicate styles/duplicate colors, as each mystery pack is completed with a random selection. This does not warrant a return/exchange.
